This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. We bought a preowned hot tub from Mark in March. He assured us everything worked properly and gave us a 30 day warranty. The minute we filled it up, the temperature gauge was reading wrong and the pump would cycle off and on. I phoned and told him about it right away and he said it was just a loose connection and to go wiggle the sensor. Did that and no luck. Got a hold of him again and he said that the pump was “thermaling” and needed to be replaced. He said he could offer us a rebuilt pump for free or a new one for half price. I was happy with that and said we would take a rebuilt one. After several months of ignored emails and phone messages, I was finally able to get a hold of him. He said they had both pumps now in stock but had no one to install it. The end of the convo he said he would try to come install it on the following Sunday. Didn’t show up, no phone call or anything to let us know he wasn’t coming. Have had this hot tub for 5 months and have got to use it a hand full of times. Feel totally ripped off. Would not recommend this business to anyone!

Called to inquire about shipping cost on a product listed on their website was told very abruptly they \would not bother\ with quoting shipping. That is an excellent way to lose business before you even start!
